A senior expert in injection molding technology and plastic manufacturing processes in China, a pioneer in the injection molding technology consulting industry, currently serving as the director of the Guangdong Plastics Association Productivity Improvement Service Center, and also serving as a specially-appointed expert for the Guangdong Plastics Industry Association, Ningbo Plastics Industry Association, and Shenzhen Polymer Association. Additionally, he is a member of the expert committee of the China Plastics Processing Association and the director of the Consulting and Improvement Special Committee of the Guangdong Plastics Processing Association.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and holds a master's degree from Tsinghua University, boasting a solid theoretical foundation. With over 31 years of professional experience, he possesses more than 10 years of team management experience in large enterprises and 12 years of professional training and consulting experience. Throughout his career, he has held core positions such as injection molding factory director at Haier Group, engineering manager at Flextronics (Shenzhen), and department manager at Foxconn (Shenzhen). His hands-on operational skills are outstanding, with a cumulative experience of personally debugging over 1,500 sets of molds, demonstrating a solid practical background.
During his deep exploration of the industry, he has independently created multiple cutting-edge theoretical models such as lean injection molding, stabilization injection molding, Yang's injection molding method, and three-layer defect analysis method. He is the author of professional books such as "Practical Injection Molding Process Technology", "Exquisite Injection Molding Method", and "Practical Application of Lean Production". He is a benchmark expert in the industry, recognized for both theory and practical application. For more than ten years, he has dedicated himself to training and consulting work, establishing deep cooperation with over 1,000 enterprises, research institutes, and industry associations in the upstream and downstream of the industry. He has been invited to give speeches at top summits such as the China Plastics Processing Industry Association Annual Meeting and the Injection Molding Industry Conference, and is widely recognized in the industry.
